Refund & Shipping Policy

This policy explains how shipping works and our refund stance.

Shipping

• Where we ship: India only.
• What ships: 2 × 500g packs of Mycelium Balls.
• When: within approximately 30 days of joining. Orders are dispatched in batches; you'll receive a tracking link by email when yours ships.
• Shipping cost: included in the ₹499 Pass. No additional fee.

Refund stance

The Soil Builders Pass is a pre-sale. It funds the creation of the first Circle Member Edition. All sales are final. No refunds are issued.

Damaged or missing items

If your Mycelium Balls arrive damaged or are missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please double-check your shipping address when you join. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or undeliverable, we'll contact you to confirm a corrected address; you may be charged actual reshipping costs for the second attempt.
